However, I am ready to embark this nursing career and rewards would be worth appreciating. Nursing has been a desire of mine, and with time, my interest grew for nursing. My initial interest to pursue this career is derived from a trip where I was assigned with the responsibility of looking after disabled children. Since then, I have shown a growing interest to pursue this career, as it seems to be satisfying and worthwhile for me. I am confident and willing to provide the university with support, good communication skills and interact closely. I feel that nursing would create bright opportunities and would be rewarding for my future. Nursing would satisfy my interest of helping others and keep them in good health. I always wanted to be involved in the healthcare setting, and that inspired me to pursue nursing as my career. I would like to develop my practical skills and knowledge to qualify for the nursing practice. Caring for others has shown me new ways and an insight to life on how changes occur. During my work experience, I visited hospitals and watched how nurses work there in different units. I worked closely with the nurses and studied their communication style while interacting with patients. I also visited a home care and communicated with a resident who also inspired me to carry my dream career in nursing. I genuinely enjoy helping people and working with them, and career in nursing would help me to interact with different kinds of people. While pursuing nursing, my passion for caring others would be fulfilled. It will bring positive mindset, determination and increases the scope for learning. I want to study nursing that adds life, energy and meaning to others life. I am nervous and excited about pursuing a nursing career and willing to put effort as much as I can in this field.
